Can't Use Has Interesting Moment in Smart Campaign?

Hi,

Just switched companies and was going to build out the interesting moments but "Has Interesting Moment" is missing from the triggers? When I go to Field Management Last Interesting Moment Date, Desc, Source, and Type are there. What am I missing??

Hi all,

I have seen another instance that did not have interesting moments.

I believe it is dependent on having Marketo Sales Insight provisioned on the account (although it doesn't matter whether MSI is actually connected to anything).

Might want to check whether this is the case here @Katie O'Brien

Hi Katie,

Check your version of Marketo. Click "Help -> Subscription Info" and liaise with support, sales rep or CSM. If you are supposed to have the option, file a support ticket.
