With the new integration of Document Cloud with Dynamic Chat, you can now share PDFs with your web visitors through personalized conversations and track their engagement with the PDF.

 

  • Did the visitor open the document?
  • Did the visitor download the document?
  • What did they search for in the document?

Now you can answer all these questions in Marketo through Dynamic Chat. We have created a dedicated activity type in Marketo for capturing Document integrations. All document integrations that happen through Dynamic Chat will be pushed into Marketo in near real-time.
