Can you have multiple approved Revenue Cycle Models?

I have designed 2 RCM's, one is for our new sales and one for selling back to current customers. Ideally I would have both models live at the same time to track our success but when i went to approve them i realized it only would let me approve one or the other. Is there a way around this? I have also tried to combine the 2 models but i can't have both models running on the success path one has to be classed as a diversion.

Any thoughts?

Hi Adrian, what you described makes total sense.

I have seen two or more models approved at the same time - I believe it depends on your subscription. You might want to get in touch with your Account Manager.

Did you get an answer to this? As I want to have two models as well.  One for the new business success path and a second model for renewals and upsells.

Hi Jessica,

Your account manager will be able to assist you if you only purchased one.
