Cannot access My Support Cases

Keep getting the same error for a couple of days already when trying to access my support cases "Time out Try again:(", is anyone else experiencing this?

Try opening a support case for that

Did you try different browsers? Otherwise send them an email at support@marketo.com

Same thing on all browsers, will just send them an email

I've noticed this happens with Chrome more frequently than anything else. One thing you'd like to check for is if you have the latest version of Chrome.

Otherwise, as everyone else suggested, try a different browser, get to the tickets differently, or email support if the first two don't work.
