Cannot submit a support case

Is anyone else having this problem?  I've tried everything, but every time I try to open a case, it immediately says its timed out.

HI Laura,

Have had this problem from times to times. Wait a few hours and try. IN the meantime, email to support@marketo.com to submit your case.

If it keeps happening, email to supportfeedback@marketo.com to alert on this error.
