Is it possible to insert a form into the body of an email?

Hi Melany,

No it's not possible. Marketo forms are basically made of Javascript, which :

  • Cannot be executed by email clients, meaning that the form would not be visible
  • Will be considered as a potential threat and will directly classify your email to the spam box, if not worse (blacklisting).

But why would you do this ?

You should put in a link to the page with the Form.

I have seen speciality B2C shops create more dynamic emails, but I am unsure if they work for everyone.

I'm still fairly new to marketo and it was just an idea that I was wondering about. Your response definitely helped clear that up. Thanks, Greg!
