CASL Implied Consent - Date Trigger

The July 1 deadline is quickly approaching. What's the best way to trigger actions off the implied consent date? For example, we're date stamping implied consent, but let's say after 2 years a record has not given express consent and we need to unsubscribe/marketing suspend the record. What's the best way to build the smart campaign to trigger these data values changes when a specific record's 2-year mark has occurred?

How about:

Smart list:

Data value Changes: Implied Consent = True

Flow:

Wait 2 years (see ya later)

If Opt In = False >Change Implied Consent to False
