    Yes! I think this is something that needs be be emphasized for new users, it's not totally intuitive and can really trip you up!

      Ooo yes - that Person is created trigger is a must - it's easy to forget or skip.

      Yes! Great point on the "person is created" trigger, not including this is such an easy way for leads to fall through the cracks...
