It would be nice to have the ability to change the button color and font of the content AI recommendations in emails.

You can override the styles using css in the head of your page.

eg.

.RTP_RCMD2 .rtp_rcmd2_label_container h4 {

font-size:20px !important;

}

use the !important attribute where necessary

@Tim Ball, Does that solution work in email templates also?

I'm currently working with a large global client who wants to know what the best approach would be to include other relevant content in their emails.  They recently became a Marketo customer.  But unfortunately, I can't recommend ContentAI given these limitations - since the company's brand must be adhered to in every element/component of all marketing activities.  @David Myers - any update on this?

As a work around we have been making custom images with text overlay and our own button and just using email layout 6 (which is just an image). @David Myers do you know if this is on the roadmap for email?

Fixing the font should be a major priority and easy fix to do a basic "Arial" or more common web font. This looks so out of date and defeats the purpose of using an advanced machine learning tool.

Looks like there are duplicate ideas here:

I don't understand how Marketo expects people to pay for this tool when the inability to match your branding makes it basically impossible to use. The ability to match fonts and colors is branding 101. When will this be available?

Yes, Rich Relevance has this, and it is awesome.
