Change data value source

Hi All,

I am trying to find out the source of the following data value change:

The change happened at the time of creation of the Lead. The value in the field was changed from a blank value to one of the values in the drop-down.

Any better way to track changes like in Logs that I am not aware of?

The detail specifically refers to the Flow step that was responsible. Did you look there?
