Change Data value Step - Help!

There is a field I have that I believe was created in Salesforce called: "Lead Owner Profile (L)". Something is triggering this field to make changes to records in our Marketo instance but I have looked everywhere and cannot solve it. Is Salesforce actually making the change and it is just being recorded in Marketo? I've included a screenshot example below:
