Change date format to MM-DD-YYYY or give flexibility to the user

Please remove the date format put in place by Marketo. It is an inconvenience for customers to interpret YYYY-MM-DD.
Please update the date format to MM-DD-YYYY or let the user decide which date format they want to keep.
