Change Form Language from Drop Down

Hi, 

I have set my form to german but I don't know how to change the values in the drop-down in the "Industrie"-field (The stored and the displayed value are the same). Does that mean I have to change it manually? They are quite a few fields so I was hoping there is another way. Anyone can help out?

You have to do the translation. Marketo doesn't translate picklist values (it's of course almost impossible to machine-translate idiomatic business terms, even with powerful AI).
