Change Program Member Status

Hello,

We ran a send email flow that included a step Change Program Status Program: RGN-ABM-YYYYMMDD--Account-Name, New Status:  Account Based Marketing > Sent. 

 

The problem is that the above named Program is the template program, not the actual program.  This was cloned over from the template and that part was not renamed to the actual program.  

 

The members are now showing in the template.  So how do we removed them from the template and add them to the right program?

Create and run a batch fix campaign with the following two Change Program Status flow steps for people affected:

  1. Change Program Status Program: "<Template Program Name>": New Status: Account Based Marketing > Not In Program
  2. Change Program Status Program: "<Actual Cloned Program>": New Status: Account Based Marketing > Sent

Make sure you set the smart list criteira such that all the people who you want to update qualify (e.g., Member of Program filter, Program Name is <Template Program Name>, Program Status is Account Based Marketing > Sent).

This will remove people from the template program and add them to the cloned program with the Account Based Marketing > Sent status. Hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you have questions.
