A nice idea in principle but most companies do already have chat/instant messaging capabilities outside of Marketo so I am not sure how much extra value this would really add.

@Eric, I'd suggest creating a new idea witht the Champion chat! I think you're on to something there.

Sure sounds awesome but it would be better to have a champion scheduled per week at a fixed time to run the chat... Liz over to you. (I like your idea and augment it with my own - to paraphrase Adam Savage of Mythbusters http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8qcccZy03s)

This is in our long term roadmap, but I don't have a completion date in mind as of now. I'll keep updating this status as things change.

Thanks for your comments and passion around this idea, I think it could be beneficial in a lot of ways.

Update: While there are no plans to productize this feature, all Marketo customers can chat with the other Marketo users in their company in their secret group in Community. Every customer has a secret group.

Correction: To find your secret group either search your company name and it will populate, OR, if you have not been invited yet, contact your company's Marketo admin to be invited.
