Chat Support with Customer Representatives

Instead of filing tickets, it would be nice to be able to chat with representatives and have questions answered ASAP as opposed to waiting hours or days/weeks to receive a response.

The current system works, but has room for improvement. 

Another option is to create better Marketo guides to introduce Marketo to new users and Marketo manuals that instruct users on how to create emails/landing pages, build smart campaigns etc.

It's a great idea and so good in fact that we have been evaluating how to bring live chat on as one of our support channels.  We recently completed a small pilot program to gather data and we are in the process of doing an analysis, so stay tuned for more details.

We are also in the process of rewriting every single help article to use that easy to read format.  We have done hundreds, but there are more hundreds to go.
