Chinese forms takes 3 min to get to a thank you page

We have a situation in our Chinese sub domain where after clicking "Submit" on a Marketo form the thank you page takes about 3 min to show.
We already made changes in our website (removing GTM and other 3rd party tools - which have improved the time from 30 min!! to 3 min) but the problem still exist.

 

Any advice of best practices on what we can do in our Chinese sub domain in order to make this better from our side?

how long does it take for the thank you page to load if you paste the thank you page url into your browser?

Just to confirm, when you say subdomain, are you talking about Marketo landing pages with a CNAME or an actual subdomain (non Marketo landing pages). if you don't mind sharing, what is the link to an example landing page

Hi @yifat_1

Have you tried opening the thank you page directly in browser to see if the speed issue exists on the page or after Marketo form submission and then redirection?
