Click detection server breaking link

Hi all,

We have had a very strange issue today. We have an email in which a CTA link was inserted with a URL in the form of enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/s/04q50pc8qh/k/surveyname

But when we send a sample or a real email, and click the CTA, we end up on:

enquete.company.com/isis/itw/answer/ErreurIntrouvable?2

We tried the same with an untracked email and it worked perfectly.

We are opening a support ticket, but any hint? idea?

Thx in advance,

-Greg

For the sake of the community, Sanford's pointed out the issue. The receiving server (enquete.company.com)just does not support url parameters and breaks. As explained here: http://blog.teknkl.com/big-brands-bad-code/

Hey Greg,

I end up on a 404 Error page for both pages {"code":404,"message":"No service found for the specified URI."}. Do you have any tags at the end of your url in your email?

Hi Emma,

This is because I changed the real URLs. I do not need any community member filling our the survey
