Clicked Link in Email Report

Question

Hello,I have created a smart list to capture all the contacts who click "contact sales" link in email and I thought this was quite straightforward however every time I test it out the results are 0. The scenario is:We are sending out 7 emails in different languages with a link contact sales. Now I would like to capture all the contacts who click on the link. I have used LINK CONTAINS formula since all the link ( including the regional one in DE-ES-FR) contains contact-sales in the link. I decided to go with the word contact but honestly I have tried different combination with 0 results. Any suggestion?

Hi Fabrizio,The fact that you haven't had any answer to your question do far is because you posted it to the wrong place. You should post it to "products". Read this: Getting the most of the community when you have a Marketo question You are providing too little info here for us to tell you where the error comes from.It could be because your trigger campaign here is set to run only once. It could be because the link is the email is not set up properly (happens often if the URL is a token), ...Can you see the link in the drop list in the "Lin" constraint if you trigger?-Greg
