Clone Programs from Production to Sandbox?

Quick question - can you clone a Program from Production to Sandbox instance?

I know you can do it the other way around - currently can't access my Sandbox to test.

This is a very old post but I referred it yesterday and learnt that Marketo Support can help here. This is a functionality available upon request, without additional cost to one's subscription, it is available in bi-directional or single-direction way. Based on need, you can request to get this functionality enabled for copying assets from (Prod - Sandbox) OR (Sandbox - Prod) OR (between multiple sandboxes).

We have it enebaled and its a pretty handy feature and works well too.

Is this feature enabled? I need to transfer from Sandbox to Production? How do I do this?

You'll need to open a support ticket to enable this.

You can only import Programs from Production to Sandbox. If you have emails inside the Program, those will be copied to.

Support needs to enable the Sandbox to copy Programs from your Production instance (and vice versa, if you want that for future use).

Actually let me clarify - I need to clone emails from Production to Sandbox

I need to do this today but can't figure out how. Jep - what link do I ask them to create? How do I do the cloning? It's not an option in the dropdown.
