      Any plans to allow the engagement map to visualize at the program level?  One of the challenges i've had is trying to explain how smart campaigns under a program are interconnected.  I've love to see this as added functionality.

        @derelict_wombat This is not currently in our roadmap, but it is something we get asked about a lot! We'll definitely be taking into consideration for the future.

        In the future do you imagine a subscription function added to engagement maps? So when something in the campaign is updated, it sends an updated documentation to relevant persons? @ttseng , @Darshil_Shah1 , @AjayS

          Hi @joyd1216 interesting suggestion. That is not currently in our roadmap. Can you tell me more about the use cases that would help you with?

          To go along the lines of this idea, version history would be good and an audit log where I can see all the changes done to the smart list or flow steps would be helpful especially when there are multiple team members working on it.

          Question: Do I have to rebuild all my campaigns in Engagement Map?

          Answer: No! Engagement Canvas will launch with full backward compatibility. With the click of a button, you’ll be able to see each of your existing campaigns in the visual Engagement Canvas interface.

            Will there be a way to export the engagement map while showing all the details of the smart list and flow steps?

            Hi @danielle_wong Currently the export functionality allows you to export the tree and the information contained within its nodes.

            When i export a smart campaign engagement map, there are flow steps that are cut off and end with "..." without showing the full asset name, and also "and 1 more attribute" is shown. I would want this to be shown in an export, otherwise the map is incomplete to my stakeholders.

              Question: Do I have to pay additional for Engagement Map?
              Answer:  This feature is free of charge and available to all Marketo Engage users, both current and new, regardless of their subscription plans.

              The below pointers should shed some light on "How the Engagement Map is different from other visual builders?"

               

              There are 3 key things that set Engagement Canvas apart:

              • Flexibility – Easily manage and validate interconnected or deeply nested campaigns with visualization
              • Functionality – All visuals are out of the box, making it easier to use; the nested structure allows users to dive into and get the whole picture
              • Power – You maintain all the existing complexity of Marketo Engage, now presented visually.

                @nikkiwhang , @ttseng — Broken links. Heads up there may be an issue with the reference links you have in you documentation research section. The top two links do not work for me—Engagement Map Overview and Engagement Map Tab. These both open a blank tab with the following message:

                    One of the best ways to use and get the most value from the Engagement Map is to apply it to complex smart campaign logics that involve multiple flow with choices or nested campaigns. The Engagement Map allows you to visualize and manage the relationships and dependencies among your campaigns, as well as monitor and optimize their performance.

                    Some of the key benefits of using the Engagement Map are:

                    • Flexibility: Easily manage and validate interconnected or deeply nested campaigns with visualization.

                    • Functionality: All visuals are out of the box, making it easier to use; the nested structure allows you to dive in and get the whole picture.

                    • Power: You retain all the existing sophistication of Marketo Engage, now in a visual format.

                      @robynhatfield Another popular way to use Engagement Map is to export the visual so that you can share with other colleagues/leadership who may not be as familiar with Marketo Engage! We've seen that walking people through the visual really helps make things click and is easier for folks to digest.
