Communication Limits

Our communication limits are set to:

Per day: 2

Per 7 days: 5

If a lead was sent one communication on Tuesday and one on Thursday would they be blocked?

No, not if these are your communication limits. This means that you won't be able to send more than 2 emails/day, or 5/7 day window.

Also remember that communication limits only apply to programs (by default) or smart campaigns (settings can override the limit) with sending the emails. If you use a run single flow action on a lead, you can send more than the communication limit allows.

And remember that only count the emails that where delivered.

One more thing - I understand the 2 emails per day but not sure what 5/7 day window translates to.  Can you provide an example?
2 emails/day, or 5/7 day window
