Confirmation Email

For the landing pages built inside Marketo, we have tied an autoresponder email to it that gets triggered when the user fills out the form. For some reason I don't get an autoresponder for few of the pages but I do get it for few other pages(absolutely no change in the logic, kind of random experience). Not sure why but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Not sure without seeing more detail, but in the past, I've run into problems with programs not firing as expected as I had the program's qualification rules set to only allow a lead through once, or once per x number of days, rather than every time, which messed up my testing.

Hello @yash-3 ,

 

Could you post smart list configurations for each campaign?
We need more info to make a determination.  Example are there additional constraints and/or filters?  Is the right form in each campaign being referenced in the smart list, what do the smart campaign qualifications look like [once, every time,etc], etc.
