Connecting marketo through SSIS package

Hi I am creating a SSIS package in which i am using SQL source and Marketo a destination. When i am trying to create a new connection using connection manager its asking for below information can someone please help me with the details?

You must create a role, API-only user with that role, and custom service; the REST API Identity and other endpoint URLs are found in Admin.

All of this is well-described in the Marketo docs.
