Converting Smart list into Static List

I heard that this is functionality within Marketo, but I'm not sure how to do this and googling didn't provide me with much help.

I currently have a smart list in Marketo and I want to convert it to a Static List.  How do I do this?

Thanks,

Jason

Create a Static List.

Select all the people in the Smart List » Right-click menu » Marketing » Add to List.

Ahh, so is there no way to physically convert the smart list into a static list (keeping the same List ID)?

You just have to add the leads from the smart list into a new static list?

Trying to use this for the purpose of an integration and if the list IDs need to change that would be a little bit annoying.

They're different concepts & objects in Marketo and you shouldn't expect to turn one into the other, much as you wouldn't be able to turn a Program into a Static List.

Why does your integration expect them to be the same? Sounds like a major design flaw.
