"Could not access specified URL" for Grab Images from Web

Hi All,

 

We're new to Marketo and we have issues with the "Grab Images from Web" options in the Landing Page and Email. So there are certain website where it gives us this error "Could not access specified URL" when trying to scrape the images from it, I have been looking around but could not find any post about it, has someone run into this issue? If yes, what caused it, and how does Grab Images from Web" exactly work? Is it like a web-scraping?

No, it's the URL of a website and the website does not require authentication. Have you run into this issue before?

Are you trying to transfer images from an http (not https) URL?

No, it's https URL
