Create a custom tab

There are two questions regarding the person tabs:

1. Where can I create a new custom tab such as the Company Info as the graph below?

2. How do I set the tab read only after a certain time amount after the information is input from a CRM?

Hi, most of the additional tabs are created automatically based on the CRM sync. You can have only one "custom" tab on the person detail page and it looks like you already have one. I'm not aware of a means of making the information read-only.
