Create a form in the Design Studio

Hello community! 

We are thinking on creating a form template in the design studio in order to use it as a template across the several workspaces that we have on the instance. 

I understand that I can create a form in the general workspace in the design studio but how can I share it with the rest of the workspaces? Please, note that this template is going to be edited in the rest of the workspaces once its shared.
