Create a Task in Microsoft

Hi, I wanted to create a task in Microsoft dynamics for all bouncing emails. I followed the Marketo documentation but not sure what to put down in the "Owner" field. Can I use a token? Shall I put down the Email Address of the owner or would the name work? Under select it says: -- Assign to Sales Owner -- 

Also, a test was conducted with an invalid email address. Though, in the Marketo Email Dashboard this email was marked as soft bounce. But actually, a invalid email address is a hard bounce. Any ideas why?
