Creating record after match

Apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place.

Scenario:

Webform (built in Marketo) is submitted and is matched with an existing person in the Marketo DB (email exact matching), the person is updated accordingly and some changes are pushed down to Salesforce, upon sync. I am happy with this functionality, I need an additional action. I still want the lead to be created in Salesforce, in order for our data management application to process the record according to our built in actions. I understand that Marketo can perform certain actions, but they do not cover our requirements.

I have spoken to Marketo support to explore workarounds on their platform and I want to reach out to the community to get their feedback this requirement.
