Creation of custom activity types: Support or Professional Services ?
Dear all,
In order to install the Survey Monkey connector, we need to create 2 custom activity types in the Database.
We entered a support ticket, but the support closed it, referring us to the professional services. SurveyMonkey tells us that this usually done by support, so we do not know what to believe.
I wonder if anyone has had the experience with this and how it was managed?
