Custom activities not auto-populated in Smart list values

We have a custom activity being populated to our persons, and we try to use the values for such activity for Filters/triggers but they do not auto-populate in the Value search for the Smart list, pasting exact values does results as expected.

What are the conditions for the Auto-populate field?. from what I have found in the community is that 'If the value exists in the Database it should Auto-populate'

  • Too much data causes auto populate to fail or take too long. Just paste in exact value.
  • No data also causes it to not populate. Just paste in the value(s) you expect to use.
