In our last release, we have launched one of the most asked features, support for custom attributes in Dynamic Chat! One of our customers who already started leveraging this feature, using to capture feedback from their customers through Chat and save it Marketo's custom attribute.

We are interested to know what all interesting use cases you can unlock with custom attributes in Chatbot that capture responses directly into your Marketo subscription!! Looking forward to hear from you!
