Business need is to change the custom object dedupe field but not able to find any solution in Marketo once CO is approved. Does Marketo Support team help to achieve this task. If anyone have any past experience for the same concern.

You can request Marketo support to make this change if you wish (99.99999999999999999% change they will say no). Last time I checked it was not possible.

You cannot create, edit, or delete a Link or Dedupe Field once the custom object is approved.
