Would Marketo let me use a DateTime token instead of just Date token in Wait step?

Thanks @Josh Hill, I have a feeling this will work. It did not pull this datetime token in the drop down as an available token, however, I added it directly and the wait step configuration seem to accept it (no red squiggly line). Although, I couldn't cross-verify this with docs.marketo.com.
