Deleted in Marketo, Still in SFDC, Add Back to Marketo?

We deleted a bunch of inactive Person records in Marketo, but kept the Lead in SFDC. Some of the Leads are reactivating in SFDC and we want to make a Person in Marketo. We are getting this error. Any ways to automate around the problem?

Usually, I've seen this error popping up in Marketo when the sync user tries creating a duplicate record in SFDC that has the custom de-duplication rules in place. You could bypass this rule by updating the Marketo Sync user settings in SFDC. However, this quick solution might not be the best solution, as duplicate records in most cases aren't a good idea. You can also set up custom sync rules  to selectively sync records between platforms.
