I had sent an HTML email and received a reply from someone. This person received the Text version of the email. I know Marketo automatically delivers the text version if HTML is blocked by the receiver.
Is there a way to know what version of the email will be delivered (upfront) for a person based on his/her past email activity? Or any idea how to find this (which format was delivered) after the email is delivered?

If you're sending Marketo emails the default way (ie. not limiting the email to only plain text) they're what are called multi-part. Both the HTML and plain text are contained in the same email and delivered simultaneously to the recipient. It's then up to the configuration of the recipients email client to determine whether to render the Plain-text or HTML portion. As such there really isn't such thing as an email being delivered plain-text or HTML, it's always both.
