disable cloning emails
Is there an option in Marketo to disable cloning email while that email is being in the process of designing?

If you go to the Admin section and look under User & Roles, you can control this at the Role level. Find the role you want to edit, double tap it to pull up permissions. In the tree, you will find "Access Marketing Activities" and once you expand that, you will see a checkbox for "Clone Marketing Asset"
