We set up a nurture stream and want to remove anyone from future sends if they they reply to an email. If I removed anyone who clicked would that incorporate people who reply, or is that not counted in the open and click numbers?
Not only are replies not counted, they are not even received by Marketo. Replies go directly to the MX (inbound mailserver) for your Reply-To or From address. Services exist to receive mail on behalf of your addresses and take (sometimes) intelligent actions in response.
