Do smartlist with email used by Email Program type

Hi everybody, 

 

I want to add all people was delivered different email in a same list. 

I created smart campaign with  a smart list and is this smart list I add "was delivered email" filter. 

Everything is ok except for one of my emails, sent by Email Program. 

Filter in my smartlist doesn't show this email. 

Why I cannot show email from Email Program in filter ? 

How I can show it ?

@thibault, If the email is being used in an A/B test then it will not show up in the filters or reporting. 


If the email is being used in an A/B test then it will not show up in the filters or reporting. 

This is simply not true. An email used in a concluded AB Test can be used an Email Was Delivered filter, including the Test Variant constraint.

Are you sure that's the distinguishing factor? How long ago was the email sent?

Hi @sanfordwhiteman , I don't know if there is distinguishing factor but I don't know why i don't find email in filters.

Email sent 3 days ago.

It was AB testing email.
