Do tokens work in emails sent from sales insight?

When tokens work:
  • When the email is sent from the Marketo Sales Insight application in Salesforce.
When they don't work:
  • My Tokens do not work in my experience, but that may have changed.
  • When emails are sent from the MSI plugins for Outlook or GMail/Chrome
  • While testing emails

I did not test outlook, I was testing salesforce/sales insight.

got it...so to be clear...regular token work when the template is sent from the outlook plug in right???

Hard for me to test as I am on a MAC...THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!! I will buy the drinks at the Summit. ;)

I've done a few tests using salesforce.  "My tokens" do NOT work, 'regular' tokens do.

Jason, email sent from the plug-in go out through Marketo...Have you tested the token functionality?

Yes...just not in testing from Salesforce...
