Domain Name for Landing Pages

Hi, I'm setting up our domain name for landing pages and it doesn't seem like I can add ".io" in the url. For example: "go.domainname.io". Ideally, we want to match our current website as closely as possible so ".com" isn't the best option. Any ideas why this isn't working?

It's not the TLD, it's that you don't have your DNS entry set up yet/correctly to point to Marketo.
