Duplicate Mail ID - Witch is the priority to send Email from Marketo

Hai,

I have two lead in same mail address, but the marketo send email once per email .

 

For Example:

I will send the mail to sample@mail.com
Lead id - 1 (sample@mail.com)
Lead id - 2 (sample@mail.com)

Email successfully send to - Lead id - 2 (sample@mail.com)

How the marketo took lead id 2 for sending email ?

Marketo will execute the send email flow step only for one of all the qualifying leads with same email address in the smart campaign, FYR, per this post from Marketo - lead with the lowest lead id will be sent an email. Does the lead2 in your case have the lower numeric lead id value than the lead1?

What are the actual numeric IDs?
