Duplicate Subject lines

Is there any way to track duplicate subject lines being used in emails?

I ask this because our company sends out hundreds of emails per year for just 1 event, so if there's a way to narrow down which emails from that event have used the same subject lines instead of manually searching through each email it would be handy!
