Dynamic Chat - Conversational Flows

Hey, I am trying to put a conversational flow on Dynamic chat with the condition that it should pop up only when someone puts the specific value on one of the Marketo Form field. Can someone please tell me how to achieve this?

Here's some information on Conversational Flow Settings. Under Step 6, they have a call out for how to set the criteria from the form that will trigger the popup.
