Creating a email with segmentation on geography, my question is if I don't create dynamic content for a state, (lets say ND) will it default to the default content?
if yes, which default content? the one in the default segmentation category?
You're always associating some content with a segment.
Assuming you're talking about in-editor segmentation (as opposed to segmented Snippets) as long as you don't touch the content for a segment it will use the Default segment's content.
You can test this quite easily.
