Dynamics and Marketo - Email send not working for sales

Hi everyone

we recently did the following update in our dynamics solution 

since doing that our sales team cannot send a "marketo email" from an individuals contact record - doesnt work and we see this error:

has anyone come across this before / know how to deal with this? Seems strange that we can send email to an individual lead but not a contact.
