Hello folks,

 

Is Marketo and Dynamics365 bi-directional? Does data flow from dynamics to marketo also?

Hi @nishanth27 ,

 

Partially Yes, Dynamics & Marketo integration is Bi-directional but only for leads & contacts. All other fields like accounts, opportunities are synced from Dynamics to Marketo i.e. one way.

@nishanth27 If it helps, here's a great flow diagram our consulting agency shared when we were updating our Marketo instance and connecting it to a new MS Dynamics instance: 

I find it really useful in explaining how the sync works and in which direction should anyone have questions, so I hope it's useful for you too  😀
