"Edit" button in Custom Conversion Ratio is not working

Hi Everyone,

 

I was trying to test some emails with the Champion/Challengers, however, when I tried to define the Custom Conversion Ratio, or especially when clicking the "Edit" button shown in the screenshot below, it does not open a pop-up window that's supposed to come up. Also, If you look at on the bottom left corner of the screenshot, it looks like the URL is empty, has anyone encountered this issue before?

I'm running into this same issue today - did you ever find any resolution to this?

Just adding a response in case someone else finds this thread....

 

Turns out the problem was the Chrome pop-up blocker was not allowing the Edit Custom Conversion window to open. Nothing was showing up in the window to indicate that the pop-up was being blocked.  I know that I had previously allowed pop-up blockers for Marketo but clearly something changed. I realized the issue when I was trying to do something else in Marketo and the pop-up blocker message showed up. Once I allowed all pop-ups from marketo, I was able to edit the custom conversion.
