Editing Event Program Channel and Salesforce Sync
Hello,
I'm wanting to add a new status to our Event Channel for "Will not Attend". What will happen to programs that currently sync with a Salesforce campaign that doesn't have the new status? We have several current programs and I don't want to break any of the syncs. If I add the new status to the Event channel, will I need then need to turn off the sync for each of the programs currently using the event channel, update the Salesforce campaigns to include the new status and then turn the sync back on?
